Accusations made by Finnish television against the Slovenian Prime Minister are untrue |

|
The accusations made by one of Finland's television channels in its broadcast today against the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, regarding receiving bribes from the Finnish company Patria are absurd and totally false.
Prime Minister Janez Janša never met with anyone from Patria. The Government of the Republic of Slovenia was neither directly nor indirectly involved in the selection process after the publication of the international tender.
The Office of the Prime Minister attributes these accusations to the pre-election period in Slovenia, where parliamentary elections will be held on 21 September.
