Prime Minister Janez Janša answers deputies’ parliamentary questions |

At the 39th session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Janez Janša, answered four questions from deputies; three raised by opposition deputies, one from the coalition.

Matej Lahovnik, head of the Zares group, asked the Prime Minister how the Government was going to tackle, within the limits of its competence, the current rate of inflation. Zmago Jelinčič Plemeniti, leader of the SNS deputy group, was interested to know what action the Government and its Ministry of Foreign Affairs had undertaken with respect to the protection of Slovenians living in Kosovo. LDS Deputy Jožef Školč asked the Premier what had already been done and what else the Government planned to do to reduce social differences in Slovenia. Franci Žnidaršič, head of the coalition DeSUS deputy group, asked the Prime Minister whether there had been any change in the Government’s position regarding the proposed Act amending the Act regulating adjustments of transfers to individuals and households in the Republic of Slovenia.
