President of the European Commission to visit Slovenia

At the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia and current President of the European Council, Mr Janez Janša, the President of the European Commission, Mr José Manuel Barroso, will pay a working visit to Slovenia on Thursday 8 May 2008. Together they will discuss preparations for the June European Council to be held in Brussels on 19 and 20 June 2008 and will take part in the traditional ‘Europa Forum’ organised by WDR (a German public-broadcasting institution).
