Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek received a letter of congratulations from the Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, on her appointment
Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek today received a letter of congratulations from the Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, on her appointment, wishing her every success in taking on the important responsibilities of the office. As the Secretary General Rasmussen points out in his letter Slovenia is a reliable member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and contributes actively to the effective functioning of the Alliance. Additionally, the Secretary General expressed his certainty that, by joining forces, we can further contribute to the promotion of NATO objectives; he also expressed his expectation that they would meet in the near future.
