The first question was posed by the SLS deputy Jakob Presečnik who asked Prime Minister Pahor what kind of information and arguments constitute the background for his announcement to the Slovenian public that in the event of the rejection of the Arbitration Agreement by the coming referendum, Slovenia would run a risk of becoming internationally isolated and peace and stability in Southeast Europe would be threatened.  Deputy Zmago Jelinčič Plemeniti from the SNS group asked Mr Pahor about Slovenia'a failure to decide to reject offering financial aid to Greece and to oppose the European Union. The next question came from deputy Zvone Černač from the SDS group. The question referred to the polemic in the Monday TV show, according to which the Croatian side had apparently denied Prime Minister Pahor's statements articulated in the said show. In this respect, deputy Černač wished to know when had the Croatian Prime Minister promised Slovenia access to the open sea. The last question was posed by deputy Tone Anderlič from the LDS group asking Mr Pahor whether it was true that the arbitration would first decide on the land and maritime border, and only then determine Slovenia's access to the open sea. Moreover, Mr Anderlič wanted to know whether it was also true that the views of legal experts, as some try to demonstrate and to persuade the public to this effect, were divided and that the majority of international law experts were against arbitration.
