The PM Janez Janša does not Announce Further Cabinet Changes

Against the backdrop of today's session of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, reacted to the news published in some of today's papers. He stressed that at no meeting had he announced any cabinet changes – by naming either individuals or ministries. He added that this issue had neither been discussed at the coalition meeting.

"Following the proposal by the leader of New Slovenia to discuss the work of other ministers, I stressed that assessing ministers' work was an ongoing process, lasting throughout their tenure. In addition, the leader of other two coalition parties also rejected the proposal," said the PM.
