Prime Minister Janez Janša discusses topical EU matters with the President of the European Parliament

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, today at the occasion of the ceremony held at the Russian Chapel under Vršič met with Josep Borrell Fontelles, the President of the European Parliament, at business lunch in Kranjska Gora. The Presidents exchanged views on current situation in the European Union and international community. The Slovenian Prime Minister acquainted his guest with preparations for Slovenian presidency of the European Union. The President of the European Parliament, who visited some of the Slovenian natural and cultural sites, praised the beauty of Slovenia and expressed interest in further exchange of opinions during the process of defining priorities of the Slovenian presidency.
